ফেনীকে ৬ দিনের লকডাউনে ২ হাজার ব্যক্তির ৫ লাখ টাকা জরিমানা
ফেনীতে চলমান কঠোর লকডাউনে ৬ দিনে ১ হাজার ৯শ’ ৩৭ ব্যক্তিকে জরিমানা করেছে ভ্রাম্যমান আদালত। সরকারী বিধি নিষেধ অমান্য করে দোকান খোলা রাখা ও অপ্রয়োজনে ঘোরাফেরাসহ নানা অপরাধে জেলা ও বিভিন্ন উপজেলা সদর এমনকি গ্রামিণ হাট বাজারেও অভিযান পরিচালনা করেন দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত নির্বাহী ম্যাজিষ্ট্রেটরা। অভিযানে ৫ লাখ ৬ হাজার ৩১০ টাকা জরিমানা আদায় করা হয়েছে।
ফেনীর অতিরিক্ত জেলা ম্যাজিষ্ট্রেট মোঃ আজগর আলী জানান, চলমান কঠোর লকডাউন বাস্তবায়ন করতে নিয়মিত ২০ জন নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট মাঠ পর্যায়ে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন। তারা সকাল থেকে রাত পর্যন্ত দায়িত্ব এলাকায় ভ্রাম্যমান আদালত পরিচালনা করছেন। জনসাধারণকে ঘরমূখি করা, সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করা, সংক্রমণ নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখা ও সরকারী নির্দেশনা বাস্তবায়ন করাই এসব মোবাইল কোর্টের মাধ্যমে মূল্য লক্ষ্য।
তিনি আরো জানান, ফেনীর ৬ উপজেলা নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা, সহকারী কমিশনার (ভূমি) ও জেলা প্রশাসনে কর্মরত সহকারী কমিশনার ও নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটদেরকে আদালতের দায়িত্ব দেয়া হয়েছে।অভিযান অব্যাহত থাকবে।
