কিশোরগঞ্জের ভৈরবে অন্তঃসত্ত্বা কল্পনা (১৫) (বুদ্ধি প্রতিবন্ধি) নামে কিশোরীর রহস্য জনক মৃত্যু ঘটেছে। সোমবার দিবাগত রাত আনুমানিক ৩টার সময় ময়মনসিংহ সদর হাসপাতালে চিৎিসাধীন অবস্থায় ভুক্তভোগী কল্পনার মৃত্যু ঘটে। খবর পেয়ে পুলিশ নিহতের লাশ উদ্ধার করে ময়না তদন্তের জন্য কিশোরগঞ্জ মর্গে প্রেরণ করে। কল্পনা শহরের আমলাপাড়া গ্রামের মোশাররফ মিয়ার মেয়ে। ঘটনাটি আশিকের পরিবার ও এলাকার গণ্যমাণ্য ব্যাক্তিদের জানালেও এর কোন সুরাহা হয়নি। কল্পনার মৃত্যুর খবর শুনে আশিকের পরিবারের লোকজন গা ঢাকা দেয়।
ভুক্তভোগীর পরিবার ও ভৈরব থানা সুত্রে জানা যায়, আমলাপাড়া গ্রামের মোশারফ মিয়ার মেয়ে কল্পনা একই এলাকার ছগির মিয়ার বাসায় গৃহপরিচারিকার কাজ করে আসছিল। অভিুক্ত আশিক মিয়াও তার মা ভাইদের নিয়ে এ বাড়ির নীচতলায় ভাড়া থাকতো। আসা যাওয়ার সুবাধে আশিক ও আমার মধ্যে প্রেমের সম্পর্কের জের ধরে শারীরিক সম্পর্ক গড়ে উঠে। গত ২০২০ সালের ৫ ডিসেম্বর রাত আটটার দিকে আশিক মিয়া (১৮) বিয়ের প্রলোভন দেখিয়ে কিশোরী কল্পনাকে ধর্ষণ করেন। এ ঘটনায় শারিরিকভাবে কিশোরী অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়লে হাসপাতালে চিকিৎসা নিতে যায়। বিভিন্ন পরীক্ষা শেষে কল্পনা অন্তঃসত্ত্বার প্রমাণ মিলে। পরে বিষয়টি আশিকের পরিবারকে জানান কল্পনার বাবা। আশিকের পরিবার ঘটনার পর থেকে কিশোরীর পরিবাকে ভিবিন্ন রকমের ভয়ভীতি দেখাতে থাকে। বিচার না পেয়ে কল্পনা বাদী হয়ে ২৬/০৮/২০২১ খ্রি. ভৈরব থানায় নারী ও শিশু দমন নির্যাতন আইনে আশিক,আশিকের বড় ভাই নূরুল আমিন (২৫) ও মাতা আসমা বেগমকে (৪৫) আসামী করে মামলা করেন। মামলা দায়েরের পর ২নং আসামীকে পুলিশ গ্রেফতার করে কিশোরগঞ্জ জেল হাজতে প্রেরণ করেন। মামলার ২০ দিন পাড় না হতেই আবারো অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়লে চিকিৎসার জন্য নিয়ে যাওয়া হয় ময়মনসিংহ সদর হাসপাতালে। সোমবার দিবাগত রাতে চিৎিসাধীন অবস্থায় কল্পনা হাসপাতালের বেডে মারা যান।
এ বিষয়ে ভৈরব থানার ইন্সপেক্টর ( তদন্ত ) কাজি মাহফুজ হাসান সিদ্দিকি বলেন, কিছু দিন পুর্বে কল্পনা বাদী হয়ে থানায় নারী ও শিশু নির্যাতন দমন আইনে ৯ (১)/৩০ ধারায় একটি মামলা রুজু করা হয়। মামলার পর অভিযুক এক জন আসামীকে গ্রেফতার করে জেল হাজতে প্রেরণ করা হয়। গতকাল জানতে কল্পনা চিকিৎসাধিন অবস্থায় হাসপাতালে মারা যান। নিহতের লাশের ময়না তদন্ত রিপোটের পর আইনগত ব্যাবস্থা নেয়া হবে।
