সভা শেষে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের জনসংযোগ দফতর থেকে পাঠানো সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়, অনার্স চতুর্থ বর্ষ ও মাস্টার্সের যে শিক্ষার্থীরা অন্তত কোভিড ১৯-এর প্রথম ডোজ টিকা নিয়েছেন, তারা স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রণীত স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অপারেটিং প্রসিডিউর অনুসরণ করে টিকা নেওয়ার কার্ড বা সনদ ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বৈধ পরিচয়পত্র সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে দেখিয়ে গ্রন্থাগার ব্যবহার ও নিজ নিজ হলে উঠতে পারবেন।
সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষার্থীরা ২৬ সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে সকাল ১০টা থেকে বিকেল ৫টা পর্যন্ত কেন্দ্রীয় গ্রন্থাগার, বিজ্ঞান গ্রন্থাগার ও বিভাগীয় ও ইনস্টিটিউটের সেমিনার-লাইব্রেরিসমূহ ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। সংশ্লিষ্ট আবাসিক শিক্ষার্থীরা ৫ অক্টোবর সকাল ৮টা থেকে নিজ নিজ হলে উঠতে পারবেন। শিক্ষার্থীদের বিভিন্ন সেবা প্রদানকারী কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীদেরও টিকা গ্রহণের সনদ বা প্রমাণপত্র সঙ্গে রাখতে হবে।
সিন্ডিকেট সভার সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী স্বাস্থ্যবিষয়ক সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রতিটি আবাসিক হল ও একাডেমিক ভবনের দৃশ্যমান জায়গায় স্বাস্থ্যবিধি অনুসরণের নির্দেশিকা সম্বলিত ব্যানার ফেস্টুন থাকবে।
