অস্ত্রোপচারের আগে স্ক্যান করা হয় নিতীশের মুখমন্ডলের। তখনই জানা যায়, তাঁর মুখে ৮২টি অতিরিক্ত দাঁতের সঙ্গে রয়েছে দুটি টিউমার। ক্রমশ ফুলে উঠছিল তাঁর থুতনির দুই পাশ।
টানা ৩ ঘণ্টা ধরে চলে অস্ত্রোপচার। দাঁত ও টিউমারটি বের করার পর পুনরায় সেট করতে হয় মাড়ি। নিতীশ বিহারের বাসিন্দা। ইন্দিরা গান্ধী ইনস্টিটিউট অফ মেডিক্যাল সায়েন্সে তার চিকিৎসা চলে।
