এ ছাড়া কমিউনিস্ট পার্টি পেয়েছে ২০ শতাংশ ভোট। তিন দিনব্যাপী চলা ভোট শেষে রোববার বুথফেরত জরিপে এ তথ্য উঠে আসে। খবর আনাদোলুর।
শুক্রবার থেকে শুরু হওয়া রাশিয়ার এ নির্বাচনে ভোটগ্রহণ শেষ হয় স্থানীয় সময় রোববার রাত ৮টায়।
পার্লামেন্টের নিম্নকক্ষ দুমার ৪৫০ আসনে এ নির্বাচন অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এতে ১৪টি দল অংশগ্রহণ করে। এর মধ্যে মাত্র ৫টি দল পাঁচ শতাংশের বেশি ভোট পেয়েছে।
বুথফেরত জরিপে দেখা গেছে, পুতিনের ইউনাইটেড রাশিয়া ৪৫ দশমিক ২ শতাংশ, কমিউনিস্ট পাটি ২১ শতাংশ, লিবারেল ডেমোক্র্যাট পার্টি ৮ দশমিক ৬ শতাংশ এবং ফেয়ার রাশিয়া ৭ দশমিক ৯ শতাংশ ভোট পেয়েছে।
কয়েক বছর ধরে ক্রেমলিনের সমালোচকদের ওপর চলা ব্যাপক দমনপীড়নের পর সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে জনপ্রিয়তা খানিকটা নামতে দেখা গেলেও রাশিয়ার ক্ষমতাসীন দল ইউনাইটেড রাশিয়া এবারের পার্লামেন্ট নির্বাচনে বড় জয়ের প্রত্যাশা করছে।
পুতিন এখন ইউনাইটেড রাশিয়ার সদস্য না হলেও, দলে তার প্রভাবই বেশি। ২০০৮ থেকে ২০১২ সাল পর্যন্ত দলটির নেতৃত্বে থাকলেও এর পর থেকে তিনি স্বতন্ত্র হিসেবেই নির্বাচন করে আসছেন।
৪৫০ আসনের রাশিয়ার পার্লামেন্ট দুমায় এখন ইউনাইটেড রাশিয়ার একক সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠতা রয়েছে; এর জোরেই গত বছর পুতিনের জন্য সংবিধান সংশোধন সহজ হয়।
সংবিধান বদলে যাওয়ায় পুতিনের ফের প্রেসিডেন্ট নির্বাচনে দাঁড়ানোর বাধা উঠে যায়, তার ২০৩৬ সাল পর্যন্ত ক্ষমতায় থাকার পথ সুগম হয়।
সাবেক কেজিবি কর্মকর্তা পুতিনের বয়স আগামী মাসে ৬৯ হবে। রুশ এ প্রেসিডেন্ট ২০২৪ সালের নির্বাচনেও প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতা করবেন কিনা, তা এখনও খোলাসা করেননি।
১৯৯৯ সাল থেকেই তিনি রাশিয়ার প্রধানমন্ত্রী এবং প্রেসিডেন্ট হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন।
