মিরসরাইয়ে হত্যা মামলাসহ একাধিক মামলার পলাতক আসামী হাসান হাবীব রনিকে (৩৫) গ্রেফতার করেছে মিরসরাই থানা পুলিশ। বৃহস্পতিবার রাতে ওয়াহেদপুর ইউনিয়নের ছোট কমলদহ ভূমি অফিসের সামনের সড়ক থেকে তাকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়। সে ওয়াহেদপুর ইউনিয়নের ৯ নম্বর ওয়ার্ডের মোল্লা বাড়ির মুক্তিযোদ্ধা আলী আকবরের পুত্র। নিজামপুর পুলিশ তদন্ত কেন্দ্রের ইনচার্জ কাইয়ুম খান সিদ্দিকীর নেতৃত্বে পুলিশের একটি টিম অভিযান চালিয়ে তাকে গ্রেফতার করে মিরসরাই থানায় নিয়ে আসে।
মিরসরাই থানার অফিসার ইনচার্জ মজিবুর রহমান জানান, রনি দীর্ঘদিন থেকে পলাতক ছিল। তার বিরুদ্ধে মিরসরাই থানায় হত্যাসহ ও একাধিক মামলা রয়েছে। গোপন সূত্রে খবর পেয়ে বৃহস্পতিবার সন্ধ্যায় ওয়াহেদপুরের ছোট কমলদহ এলাকা থেকে রনিকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়।
