শনিবার সকাল পর্যন্ত গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় নতুন করে ১৮৭ জনের শরীরে করোনা শনাক্ত হয়েছে। পরীক্ষা বিবেচনায় করোনা শনাক্তের হার ১১ শতাংশ।
চট্টগ্রাম জেলা সিভিল সার্জন কার্যালয় থেকে গণমাধ্যমে পাঠানো করোনাসংক্রান্ত সর্বশেষ প্রতিবেদনে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়।
গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় শনাক্ত ব্যক্তিদের মধ্যে নগরের ১১৪ জন। নগরের বাইরের বিভিন্ন উপজেলার ৭৩ জন। ২৪ ঘণ্টায় মারা যাওয়া ব্যক্তিদের দুজনই উপজেলার বাসিন্দা।
সরকারি তথ্য অনুসারে, চট্টগ্রামে এ পর্যন্ত ৯৮ হাজার ৭২৪ জনের শরীরে করোনা শনাক্ত হয়েছে। করোনায় চট্টগ্রামে মারা গেছেন মোট এক হাজার ২১১ জন। জেলা সিভিল সার্জন কার্যালয়ের তথ্যানুযায়ী, গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় এক হাজার ৭০০ জনের করোনার নমুনা পরীক্ষা করা হয়।
এর আগে শুক্রবার চট্টগ্রামে এক হাজার ৬৭৩ জনের করোনার নমুনা পরীক্ষায় ২৬৯ জনের করোনা শনাক্ত হয়। পরীক্ষার তুলনায় করোনা শনাক্ত ছিল ১৬ শতাংশ। সেদিন চট্টগ্রামে করোনায় ছয় রোগীর মৃত্যু হয়।
