ঝিনাইদহের কোটচাঁদপুরে বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা মোঃ আনসার উদ্দীন ইন্তেকাল করেছেন (ইন্না লিল্লাহি ওয়া ইন্না ইলাইহি রাজিউন)
(২৯ শে জুলাই)বৃহস্পতিবার রাত ১১ টার সময় খুলনা- গাজী মেডিকেল হাসপাতালে চিকিৎসাধীন অবস্থায় তার মৃত্যু হয়। মৃত্যুকালে তার বয়স হয়েছিল ৮২ বছর।
জানাযায় তার বাড়ি উপজেলার বলুহর ইউনিয়নের শেখ পাড়ায় (৩০ শে জুলাই) শুক্রবার বেলা ১১ টার সময় তার নিজ গ্রামে রাষ্ট্রীয় মর্যাদায় তার দাফন সম্পন্ন করেন। এ সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন কোটচাঁদপুর উপজেলা নবাগত নির্বাহী অফিসার জনাব দেলোয়ার হোসেনসহ থানা পুলিশের একটি চৌকস দল।
মৃত্যুকালে তিনি স্ত্রী,২ ছেলে ৪ কন্যাসহ অসংখ্য গুনগ্রাহী রেখে গেছেন। আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন উপজেলা সাবেক মুক্তিযোদ্ধা কমান্ডার তাজুল ইসলাম, কোটচাঁদপুর পৌরসভার মেয়র সহিদুজ্জামান সেলিমসহ বিভিন্ন নেতাকর্মীরা।
