উৎসর্গ ফাউন্ডেশনের জেলা শাখার সাংগঠনিক সম্পাদক শোয়াইবুল ইসলাম ইফাদ মর্মান্তিক সড়ক দূর্ঘটনায় মৃত্যুবরন করে। ৪ই জুন সকালে কক্সবাজারে খুরুশকুল সড়কে মোটর সাইকেল দুর্ঘটনায় প্রান হারায়। নিহত ইফাদ পোকখালীর গোমাতলী চরপাড়ার নুরুল কবিরের ছেলে।
ইফাদ তার কর্মস্থল ঈদগাঁও যেতে কক্সবাজার শহরের বাসা থেকে মোটর সাইকেল যোগে বের হয়। খুরুশকুল সেতু পৌছার মুহূর্তেই নিয়ন্ত্রণ হারিয়ে মোটরসাইকেলটি বৈদ্যুতিক খুঁটিতে ধাক্কা দেয়। এতে আরোহী ইফাদ গুরুতর আহত হয়। পথচারীরা উদ্ধার করে হাসপাতালেহ নিলে চিকিৎসক মৃত ঘোষণা করে।
তার মৃত্যুতে গভীর শোক প্রকাশসহ পরিবার পরিজনের প্রতি সমবেদনা জ্ঞাপন করে উৎসর্গ ফাউন্ডেশন জেলা শাখার সভাপতি ডেন্টিস্ট আনম মাজহারুল হক রিগান,সাধারন সম্পাদক আবদু রহিম, হেল্প লাইন এসোসিয়েশন কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির যুগ্ন সাধারন সম্পাদক এম আবু হেনা সাগর।
