শরিফুল ইসলাম, গুরুদাসপুর, নাটোর: নাটোরের গুরুদাসপুরে হিল কিনে না দেওয়ায় বিথি(১৩) নামে এক কিশোরী গলায় ফাঁস দিয়ে আত্মহত্যা করেছে। বৃহস্পতিবার সন্ধায় উপজেলার বিয়াঘাট ইউনিয়নের বাবলাতলা গ্রামে ওই ঘটনা ঘটে। নিহত কিশোরী ওই এলাকার আবুল কালামের মেয়ে।
স্থানীয় সূত্রে জানাযায়, ঈদ উপলক্ষ্যে মায়ের কাছে একটি হিল কিনে চেয়েছিলো নিহত কিশোরী বিথি। বিথিকে হিল কিনে দিতে দেরি হওয়ায় মায়ের ওপর অভিমান করে শয়ন ঘরে ওড়না পেঁচিয়ে গলায় ফাঁস দিয়ে আত্মহত্যা করে।
গুরুদাসপুর থানার অফিসার ইনচার্জ মোঃ আব্দুর রাজ্জাক জানান, অভিযোগ পেয়েছি। প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা হবে।
