মোঃ বেল্লাল হোসেন নাঈম,স্টাফ রিপোর্টারঃ নোয়াখালীর চাটখিল উপজেলায় ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালতের অভিযানে ট্রেডিং কর্পোরেশন অব বাংলাদেশের (টিসিবি) ১৯৬ লিটার তেল জব্দ করেছে মোবাইল কোর্টের টিম।
মঙ্গলবার (১৮ মে) রাত ৮টার দিকে গোপন সংবাদের ভিত্তিতে অভিযান চালিয়ে উপজেলার চাটখিল বাজারের সুমন ষ্টোর ও বাদল ষ্টোর থেকে ১৯৬ লিটার টিসিবির তেল উদ্ধার করে ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালত।
এ সময় ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালতের নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রে ও চাটখিল উপজেলা নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা আবু ছালেহ মোঃ মোসা মেসার্স সুমন ষ্টোরকে ১৫ হাজার টাকা ও বাদল ষ্টোরকে ৫হাজার টাকা জরিমানা করেন।
ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালত তাৎক্ষণিক উদ্ধারকৃত তেল সরকারি মূল্যে ১৯ হাজার ৪০০ টাকা বিক্রি করে ওই অর্থ সরকারি কোষাগারে জমা করেন।
