বীরতারা ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ এর চেয়ারম্যান আজিম হোসেন খান এর সভাপতিতে ¡ এসময় প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন, শ্রীনগর উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার প্রণব কুমার ঘোষ।এছাড়া অন্যান্যদের মাঝে আরোও উপস্থিত ছিলেন, বীরতারা ইউনিয়ন আওয়ামী লীগের সভাপতি ফজলুল করিম মাস্টার, বীরতারা ইউনিয়ন আওয়ামী লীগের সাধারন সম্পাদক সাব্বির শেখ, বীর তারা ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের সাবেক চেয়ারম্যান গাজী শহিদুল্লাহ কামাল ঝিলু, বীরতারা ইউনিয়ন যুবলীগের সাবেক সভাপতি প্রদীপ মন্ডলসহ স্থানীয় ইউপি সদস্য ও শিক্ষক বৃন্দ।
