রাজশাহী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের (রাবি) আসন্ন ভর্তি পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিতে আসা ভর্তিচ্ছুদের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ভেতরেই থাকার ব্যবস্থা করবে রাবি প্রশাসন। আজ রবিবার (১৯ সেপ্টেম্বর) বিকেলে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ছাত্র উপদেষ্টা অধ্যাপক এম তারেক নুর বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করেছেন।
তিনি বলেন, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের দুটি জিমনেসিয়াম আছে সেখানে মেয়ে শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য থাকার ব্যবস্থা করা হবে। এছাড়াও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের স্টেডিয়ামে ছেলে শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য থাকার ব্যবস্থা করা হচ্ছে।
ছাত্র উপদেষ্টা আরও বলেন, রাজশাহী সিটি করপোরেশন ও পুলিশ কমিশনারের সঙ্গে বিষয়টি নিয়ে আলোচনায় বসবে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রশাসন। শহরের হোটেলগুলো যেনো শিক্ষার্থীদের কাছে কম মূ্ল্যে সিট ভাড়া দেয় সে বিষয়ে আলোচনা করা হবে। এছাড়া শহরের টেনিস কমপ্লেক্সসহ কিছু পাবলিক প্রোপার্টিতে শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য থাকার ব্যবস্থা করা যায় কি না সে বিষয়টিও চিন্তা করা হচ্ছে।
উল্লেখ্য, রাজশাহী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রথম বর্ষের ভর্তি পরীক্ষা আগামী ৪ অক্টোবর শুরু হবে। যা চলবে ৬ অক্টোবর পর্যন্ত। এবছর তিনটি ইউনিটে (এ, বি ও সি) ভর্তি পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
