অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করেন দেলদুয়ার উপজেলার সিনিয়র উপজেলা মৎস্য অফিসারের কার্যালয় দেলদুয়ার, টাঙ্গাইল। স্থান : দেলদুয়ার উপজেলা পরিষদ পুকুর দেলদুয়ার, টাঙ্গাইল।
এই সময় পোনা মাছ অবমুক্তকরণ অনুষ্ঠানের প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন দেলদুয়ার -নাগরপুরে এমপি – জনাব আহসানুল ইসলাম টিটু।
