দুবাইয়ের প্রদর্শনীতে দেখা যাবে বিশ্বের সর্ববৃহৎ পবিত্র কোরআনের কপি। আগামী মাসে শুরু হতে যাওয়া এ প্রদর্শনীতে পাকিস্তানী শিল্পীর তৈরি বৃহত্তর কোরআনের কপি প্রদর্শনীতে রাখা হবে। দুবাই ভিত্তিক সংবাদ মাধ্যম খালিজ টাইমস এ খবর জানা যায়।
দুবাইয়ের অ্যাক্সপো ২০২০তে এবারই প্রথম বৃহত্তম কোরআনের কপি প্রদর্শনের আয়োজন হবে। সাধারণত কাগজ, কাপড় বা চামড়ার ওপর পবিত্র কোরআন খোদাই করা হয়।
বিশ্ব প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজক হিসেবে দুবাই এক্সপো ২০২০ গত বছরের অক্টোবর মাসে অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা ছিল। কিন্তু করোনা মহামারির কারণে তা পিছিয়ে এ বছরের ১ অক্টোবরে শুরু হবে। ২০২২ সালে ৩১ মার্চ আন্তর্জাতিক এ প্রদর্শনী শেষ হবে। শিল্প-সংস্কৃতি, বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তির প্রদর্শনীতে বিশ্বের ১৯২টি দেশ অংশ নেবে।
খবরে জানা যায়, অ্যালুমিনিয়াম ও স্বর্ণের প্রলেপ দিয়ে ক্যানভাসে কোরআনের সর্ববৃহৎ কপি খোদাই করা হয়। ইসলামের ১৪ বছরের ইতিহাসে এবারই প্রথম অ্যালুমিনিয়ামে কোরআন খোদাই করা হয়।
পাকিস্তানী বংশোদ্ভূত আমিরাতের প্রবাসী শিল্পী শহিদ রাসাম কোরআনের বৃহত্তম কপি তৈরি করেন। অপূর্ব এ শৈল্পিক কাজে সহায়তা করেন দুবাই ভিত্তিক ব্যবসায়ী ইরফান মুস্তফা।
অনন্য শৈল্পিক কারুকার্য তৈরি করে রাসাম বিভিন্ন আন্তর্জাতিক পুরস্কার লাভ করেন। পাঁচ বছর আগে তিনি এ প্রকল্প শুুরু করেন। আগামী মাসে শুরু হতে যাওয়া ছয় মাস ব্যাপী দুবাই এক্সপোতে তা প্রদর্শীত হবে। এর আগে রাসাম অ্যালুমিনিয়াম ও স্বর্ণের প্রলেপ দেওয়া প্লটে আল্লাহর ৯৯ নাম লিখে সবার নজর কাড়েন।
করাচিতে তৈরি হওয়া এই প্রকল্পের সঙ্গে যুক্ত একজন শিল্পী বলেন, ‘ফ্রেম ছাড়া পবিত্র কোরআনের কপিটি দৈর্ঘ্য ৮.৫ ফুট লম্বা এবং প্রস্থে ৬.৫ ফুট। এর প্রতি পৃষ্ঠায় ১৫০ শব্দ থাকবে। আর মোট ৫৫০ পৃষ্ঠা হবে।’
গিনেস রেকর্ড অনুসারে, সবচেয়ে বড় মুদ্রিত কোরআনের কপি উচ্চতায় ৬.৭৪ ফুট ও প্রস্থে ৪.১১ ফুট এবং এর ঘনত্ব ৬.৬৯ ফুট। এতে ৬৩২ পৃষ্ঠা রয়েছে, যার ওজন ৫৫২.৭৪ কেজি।
