ভারতের উত্তরপ্রদেশে রহস্যজনক এক বিস্ফোরণের কারণে ভবনধসের ঘটনা ঘটে ঘটেছে। এতে অন্তত সাতজন নিহত হয়েছেন। আহত হয়েছেন আরও সাতজন। নিহতদের মধ্যে তিন শিশুও রয়েছে। যাদের বয়স ৫ থেকে ১২ বছরের মধ্যে। এক প্রতিবেদনে এ তথ্য জানিয়েছে হিন্দুস্তান টাইমস।
গতকাল মঙ্গলবার (১ জুন) স্থানীয় সময় রাতে সাড়ে ১১টার দিকে এ বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা ঘটে।
হিন্দুস্তান টাইমসের খবরে বলা হয়, উত্তরপ্রদেশের গণ্ডা জেলায় এক রহস্যময় বিস্ফোরণের কারণে দোতলা ভবনটি ধসে পড়ে। এতে সাতজনের মৃত্যু হয়। নিহতদের মধ্যে তিন শিশুও রয়েছে। যাদের বয়স ৫ থেকে ১২ বছরের মধ্যে। আহত হয়েছেন আরও সাতজন।
প্রাথমিক তদন্তের ভিত্তিতে পুলিশ ধারণা করছে, গ্যাস সিলিন্ডার বিস্ফোরণের কারণে এ দুর্ঘটনা ঘটে।
গণ্ডা জেলার পুলিশ চিফ (এসপি) সন্তোষ কুমার মিশ্র বলেন, ওয়াজিরগঞ্জ থানার অন্তর্গত থেরকাপুরওয়া এলাকায় এবিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা ঘটে।
বিস্ফোরণে হতাহতের ঘটনায় দুঃখ প্রকাশ করেছেন রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী জোগি আদিত্যনাথ। আহতদের চিকিৎসার ক্ষেত্রে সহযোগিতার নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন তিনি।
