রোববার সকাল ৯টা থেকে পরবর্তী ২৪ ঘণ্টার আবহাওয়ার পূর্বাভাসে বলা হয়েছে— ঢাকা, খুলনা, বরিশাল ও চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগের অনেক জায়গায় এবং রাজশাহী, রংপুর, ময়মনসিংহ ও সিলেট বিভাগের কিছু কিছু জায়গায় অস্থায়ীভাবে দমকা হাওয়াসহ হালকা থেকে মাঝারি ধরনের বৃষ্টি অথবা বজ্রসহ বৃষ্টি হতে পারে। সেই সঙ্গে দেশের কোথাও কোথাও মাঝারি ধরনের ভারি থেকে ভারি বর্ষণ হতে পারে। পরবর্তী তিন দিনে বৃষ্টিপাতের প্রবণতা কমতে পারে। খবর বাসসের।
গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় সন্দ্বীপে সর্বোচ্চ ১৯৩ মিলিমিটার বৃষ্টি হয়েছে। এ ছাড়া চাঁদপুরে ১১১, সৈয়দপুরে ১০২, রাজারহাটে ৮৯, চট্টগ্রামে ৭২, মাইজদীকোর্টে ৩৯, সীতাকুণ্ডে ৩৮, শ্রীমঙ্গলে ৩৪, তাড়াশ ৩৩, কক্সবাজার ৩২ এবং ফরিদপুর ও ভোলায় ৩০ মিলিমিটার বৃষ্টি হয়। এ সময় ঢাকায় মাত্র ২ মিলিমিটার বৃষ্টি হয় বলে জানিয়েছে আবহাওয়া অফিস।
এ ছাড়া সারা দেশে দিন ও রাতের তাপমাত্রা প্রায় অপরিবর্তিত থাকতে পারে।
গত শনিবার তেঁতুলিয়ায় সর্বোচ্চ তাপমাত্রা ছিল ৩৪ দশমিক শূন্য ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াস। রোববার সন্দ্বীপে সর্বনিম্ন তাপমাত্রা ২৪ দশমিক ২ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াস রেকর্ড করা হয়েছে। ঢাকায় সর্বোচ্চ তাপমাত্রা ছিল ৩৩ দশমিক ৪ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াস।
পূর্বাভাসে আরও বলা হয়, মৌসুমি বায়ুর অক্ষের বাড়তি অংশ রাজস্থান মধ্যপ্রদেশ, উত্তরপ্রদেশ, বিহার, গাঙ্গেয় পশ্চিমবঙ্গ এবং বাংলাদেশের দক্ষিণাঞ্চল হয়ে আসাম পর্যন্ত বিস্তৃত রয়েছে। এর একটি বাড়তি অংশ উত্তর বঙ্গোপসাগর পর্যন্ত বিস্তৃত। মৌসুমি বায়ু বাংলাদেশের ওপর মোটামুটি সক্রিয় এবং উত্তর বঙ্গোপসাগরে মাঝারি অবস্থায় রয়েছে।
