দেশের বিভিন্ন জেলায় গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় করোনা ও উপসর্গ নিয়ে ২০ জেলায় ১৫৯ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। শুক্রবার (৩০ জুলাই) পাঠানো খবরে এ তথ্য জানা গেছে।
গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় করোনায় আক্রান্ত হয়ে এবং উপসর্গ নিয়ে সবচেয়ে বেশি মৃত্যু হয়েছে ময়মনসিংহে। এ বিভাগে ১৮ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। এরপরই রয়েছে সিলেটে। এ বিভাগে গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় করোনা ও উপসর্গ নিয়ে ১৭ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে।
এরপরই রয়েছে, বরিশালে ১৬, ফরিদপুরে ১৪, কুমিল্লায় ১৪, ফরিদপুরে ১৪, রাজশাহীতে ১৩, কুষ্টিয়ায় ৮, খুলনায় ৮, যশোরে সাতজন, ঝিনাইদহে ছয়, চুয়াডাঙ্গায় ছয়, পটুয়াখালীতে পাঁচ, সাতক্ষীরায় ৪, নারায়ণগঞ্জে দুই, দিনাজপুরে দুই, ব্রাহ্মণবাড়িয়ায় দুই, বাগেরহাট ১, নড়াইল ১, মেহেরপুরে একজনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে।
গতকাল সারাদেশে জাতীয়ভাবে ঘোষিত করোনায় আক্রান্ত হয়ে ২৩৯ জনের মৃত্যু হয়। এ নিয়ে মোট মৃত্যুর সংখ্যা দাঁড়িয়েছে ২০ হাজার ২৫৫ জনে। এদিনে শনাক্তের সংখ্যা ছিল ১৫ হাজার ২৭১ জনে।
