জেলায় নতুন আক্রান্ত ১০২ জনের মধ্যে ভোলা সদর উপজেলার বাসিন্দা ৬১ জন, দৌলতখান উপজেলায় ৮ জন, বোরহানউদ্দিন উপজেলায় ১৯ জন, লালমোহন উপজেলায় ১ জন, তজুমদ্দিন উপজেলায় ১ জন, চরফ্যাশন উপজেলায় ১ জন, এবং মনপুরা উপজেলায় বাসিন্দা ১১জন।
নতুন আক্রান্ত ১০২ জন নিয়ে জেলায় মোট আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা বেড়ে দাড়িয়েছে ২ হাজার ৯৬৭ জনে। ভোলা সিভিল সার্জন সুত্র এ তথ্য জানান।
সিভিল সার্জন দপ্তর থেকে আরো জানা যায়, ভোলা জেলায় মোট আক্রান্ত ২ হাজার ৯৬৭ জনের মধ্যে সুস্থ হয়েছেন ২ হাজার ২০৭ জন, বর্তমানে সদর হাসপাতালে করোনা আইসোলেশন ইউনিটে চিকিৎসাধীন রয়েছে ৩৭ জন। এ প্রর্যন্ত করোনায় আক্রান্ত হয়ে জেলায় মৃত্যু হয়েছে ৩০ জনের। এ ছাড়াও করোনার উপসর্গ নিয়ে জেলা ও জেলার বাহিরে মৃত্যু হয়েছে ৫৫ জনের। ভোলা জেলায় এ প্রর্যন্ত ১৭ হাজার ৫৪৬ টি নমুনা সংগ্রহ করে ল্যাবে পরিক্ষা করা হয়েছে।
