জাহিদ মাহমুদ, মেহেরপুর জেলা প্রতিনিধিঃ মেহেরপুরের গাংনীতে ধর্ম মন্ত্রণালয়ের অর্থায়নে মসজিদ-মন্দিরে চেক বিতরণ করা হয়েছে।
বৃহস্পতিবার সকাল ১১ টার দিকে ওই চেক বিতরণ করা হয়।
এসময় ৫টি মসজিদ ও ৫টি মন্দিরে মোট ৩ লক্ষ টাকার চেক স্ব স্ব মসজিদ মন্দিরের প্রতিনিধিদের হাতে এ চেক তুলে দেন, মেহেরপুর-২ গাংনী আসনের সংসদ সদস্য মোঃ শহিদুজ্জামান ও গাংনী উপজেলা নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা মৌসুমী খানম।
এ সময় আরো উপস্থিত ছিলেন, গাংনী উপজেলা আ.লীগের সাংগঠনিক সম্পাদক মনিরুজ্জামান মনি মাস্টার, রাইপুর ইউনিয়ন আ.লীগের সাধারণ সম্প্দক হাফিজুর রহমান মকলেস প্রমূখ।
