এতে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সংগঠনের কেন্দ্রীয় মহাসচিব অধ্যক্ষ মাওঃ সাব্বির আহমদ মোমতাজি,প্রধান আলোচক হিসাবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সংগঠনের কেন্দ্রীয় সহ সভাপতি অধ্যক্ষ আল্লামা কমর উদ্দিন চৌধুরী ফুলতলী, বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে বক্তব্য রাখেন কেন্দ্রীয় সাংগটনিক সম্পাদক অধ্যক্ষ ময়নূল ইসলাম পারভেজ।
