শুভেচ্ছা উপহার হিসেবে ব্রুনাই দারুসসালাম-এর সুলতান হাজি হাসসান আল-বলকিয়াহ মু’ইযযুদ্দিন ওয়াদ দৌলাহ ইবন সুলতান ওমর আলি সাইফুদ্দিন সা’দুল খাইরি ওয়াদ্দিনের জন্য ১ হাজার কেজি ‘হাড়িভাঙ্গা’ আম পাঠিয়েছেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা। ব্রুনাই অবস্থিত বাংলাদেশের মিশন আজ এক বার্তায় এ তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছেন।
বার্তায় বলা হয়েছে, ২৪ জুলাই উপহারের আমগুলো বাংলাদেশ হাইকমিশন ব্রুনাইয়ের পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ের রাষ্ট্রাচার কর্মকর্তার কাছে হস্তান্তর করেছে। এরপর উপহারের আমগুলো সরাসরি দেশটির সুলতানের প্রাসাদ ইস্তানা নুরুল ইমানে নেয়া হয়।
এর আগে ভারতের প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি ও পাকিস্তানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী ইমরান খানের জন্য ‘হাড়িভাঙ্গা’ আম পাঠিয়েছেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা।
