রাজারহাট অফিসার্স ক্লাবে উপজেলা প্রশাসনের আয়োজনে জলবায়ু ঝুকিপূর্ণ ফোকাস গ্রুপের সাথে আলোচনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে।
আজ (২০ সেপ্টেম্বর) সোমবার বিকেল ৩ঃ৩০ মিনিটে রাজারহাট অফিসার্স ক্লাবে সাধারণ ভুক্তভোগীদের সাথে সরাসরি কথা বলেন
মোঃমিজানুল হক চৌধুরী অতিরিক্ত সচিব,জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন অনুবিভাগ ও জাতীয় প্রকল্প পরিচালক।
আলোচনা সভায় তিনি জলবায়ু পরিবর্তনের ফলে কি কি সমস্যার সৃষ্টি হয় ও তার প্রতিকার নিয়ে উপস্থিত ভুক্তভোগীদের সাথে খোলামেলা আলোচনা করেন। জলবায়ুর ঝুঁকি রুখতে বেশী করে গাছ লাগানোর আহবান জানান।
উক্ত আলোচনা সভায় সভাপতিত্ব করেন উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার নুরে তাসনিম।
অন্যান্যদের মধ্যে উপস্থিত ছিলেন এসিল্যান্ড আকলিমা বেগম,উপজেলা ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান আশিকুর ইসলাম মন্ডল সাবু সহ উপজেলা প্রশাসনের বিভিন্ন দপ্তরের কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ,রাজনৈতিক নেতৃবৃন্দ,ঝুকিপূর্ণ জলবায়ুর পরিবর্তনের ফলে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ভুক্তভোগী সহ রাজারহাট মডেল প্রেসক্লাবের সভাপতি আব্দুল হাকিম সবুজ,দপ্তর সম্পাদক জাকারিয়া খান বিটন ও উপস্থিত বিভিন্ন সংবাদকর্মীবৃন্দ।
