প্রায় ২৮০ কোটি টাকার অবৈধ সম্পদ ও তথ্য গোপনের অভিযোগে কেয়া কসমেটিকসের চেয়ারম্যান আবদুল খালেক পাঠান, তার স্ত্রী ও তিন সন্তানের বিরুদ্ধে পাঁচটি মামলা করেছে দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন-দুদক।
এরমধ্যে ১৮৪ কোটি টাকার অবৈধ সম্পদ এবং ৯৬ কোটি টাকার সম্পদের তথ্য গোপনের অভিযোগ আনা হয়েছে মামলায়। দুদকের সমন্বিত জেলা কার্যালয়ে সংস্থাটির সহকারী পরিচালক মোহাম্মদ শফি উল্লাহ বাদী হয়ে এসব মামলা দায়ের করেন।
মামলাগুলোর এজহারে বলা হয়েছে, কেয়া কসমেটিকস লিমিটেডের চেয়ারম্যান আবদুল খালেক পাঠানের বৈধ আয়ের উৎসের সাথে অসঙ্গতিপূর্ণ ১৩৩ কোটি ৭৩ লাখ টাকার সম্পদের সন্ধান পাওয়া গেছে।এছাড়া খালেক পাঠানের স্ত্রী ও কেয়া কসমেটিকসের পরিচালক মিসেস ফিরোজা বেগমের বিরুদ্ধে ২৫ কোটি ৯৬ লাখ টাকার অবৈধ সম্পদ এবং ১৭ কোটি ১১ লাখ ৩৫ টাকার সম্পদের তথ্য গোপন করেছেন।একইভাবে কেয়া কসমেটিকসের পরিচালক ও খালেকের ছেলে মাসুম পাঠানের বিরুদ্ধে ২ কোটি ৭২ লাখ টাকার সম্পদের তথ্য গোপন ও জ্ঞাত আয় বহির্ভূত ৫ কোটি ৪৭ লাখ ৭৬ হাজার টাকার সম্পদ অর্জনের অভিযোগে আরও একটি মামলা হয়েছে।
অন্যদিকে, খালেক পাঠানের মেয়ে ও কেয়া কসমেটিকসের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক মিসেস খালেদা পারভীনের বিরুদ্ধে ১ কোটি ৯৬ লাখ ৩২ হাজার টাকার সম্পদের তথ্য গোপন এবং ২ কোটি ৩৫ লাখ ৫১ হাজার ১৮০ টাকার সম্পদের মালিকানার প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেছে। একইভাবে তার অপর মেয়ে ও কেয়া কসমেটিকস লিমিটেডের পরিচালক মিসেস তানসীন কেয়ার নামে ১৬ কোটি ৩১ লাখ ৮০ হাজার টাকার জ্ঞাত আয় বহির্ভূত সম্পদের প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেছে বলে এজাহারে বলা হয়েছে।
