সারাদেশের ন্যায় টাঙ্গাইলের কালিহাতীতে করোনা ভাইরাসের ২য় ডোজ গণটিকা দান কর্মসূচি শুরু হয়েছে।
মঙ্গলবার (৭ সেপ্টেম্বর) সকালে উপজেলার ৫ টি কেন্দ্রে এ কার্যক্রমের উদ্বোধন করেন উপজেলা পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান আনছার আলী বি.কম।
এসময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার রুমানা তানজিন অন্তরা, কালিহাতী থানার ওসি মোল্লা আজিজুর রহমান, উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্মকর্তা ডাঃ উম্মে রুমান সিদ্দিকী, উপজেলা পরিষদের ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান আখতারুজ্জামান, নাগবাড়ী ইউপি চেয়ারম্যান মাকসুদুর রহমান সিদ্দিকী মিল্টন, বাংড়া ইউপি চেয়ারম্যান হাসমত আলী প্রমুখ।
উল্লেখ্য গত ৭ আগস্ট যারা গণটিকার প্রথম ডোজ গ্রহণ করেছিলেন শুধু তাদেরই মঙ্গলবার (৭ সেপ্টেম্বর) দ্বিতীয় ডোজ দেওয়া হয়।
এদিন সকাল ৯টা থেকে এ কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়ে চলে বিকাল ৪ টা পর্যন্ত। সকাল থেকেই বিভিন্ন কেন্দ্রে গিয়ে প্রথম ডোজ গ্রহণকারীরা সুশৃঙ্খলভাবে লাইনে দাঁড়িয়ে করোনার গণটিকার দ্বিতীয় ডোজ নিচ্ছেন।
