ঠাকুরগাও জেলার বালিয়াডাঙ্গী উপজেলায় পর পর মিথ্যা মামলা দায়েরের প্রতিবাদে এক ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে বালিয়াডাঙ্গী উপজেলা চেয়ারম্যান বরাবরে গত ১৮ আগস্ট ১শ ৯৭ জনের স্বাক্ষর সহ একটি গণপিটিশন দায়ের করেছে এলাকাবাসী। গণপিটিশনের বিবরণে জানা গেছে, জেলার বালিয়াডাঙ্গী উপজেলার দুওসুও আমতলা গ্রামের সামশুজুহা নামের এক ব্যক্তি গ্রামের ও আশ পাশের লোকজনের নামে কোর্টে ও থানায় একের পর এক মিথ্যা মামলা দায়ের করে হয়রানী করছে। গত বছর বিজ্ঞ বালিয়াডাঙ্গী সহকারী জজ আদালতে সাত জনকে আসামী করে ২১/২০২০(অন্য) একটি মিথ্যা মামলা দায়ের করে। এ মামলা মিমাংশা করার জন্য স্থানীয়ভাবে গন্যমান্য ব্যক্তিগন বসেন।
কিন্তু মিমাংশাতো হলোই না পক্ষান্তরে ২০২০ সালের ২৭ অক্টোবর আট জনকে আসামী করে সামমুজুহা আবারও বালিয়াডাঙ্গী থানায় আরো একটি মিথ্যা মামলা দায়ের করে। অন্যদিকে চলতি বছরের গত ১৭ আগস্ট সামশুজুহার নিজ আমবাগান খায় খালাসী চুক্তি দিয়ে পরে টাল বাহানা করলে সালিস হয়।সালিশে মিমাংসা হয়নি উল্টো ৭জনকে আসামী করে বালিয়াডাঙ্গী থানায় একটি অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন।এতে এলাকার সহজ,সরল সাধারণ খেটে খাওয়া মানুষজন আর্থিক খরচান্ত ও হয়রানীসহ বিভিন্ন ভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হচ্ছে। শুধু তাই নয় গণপিটিশনে আরো উল্লেখ করেন যে,সামশুজুহা ও তার পরিবারের লোকজন পুরাতন মসজিদের জায়গা দখল করে পাকা ঘর নির্মান করেছেন।এ বিষয়টির বিরুদ্ধে বিভিন্ন দপ্তরে অভিযোগ দিলেও কোন প্রতিকার পায়নি ভুক্তভুগিরা।
তাই গ্রামবাসী সামশুজুহার দায়ের করা এসব মিথ্যা মামলা থেকে অব্যাহতি চেয়ে উপজেলা চেয়ারম্যান বরাবরে ১শ ৯৭ জনের স্বাক্ষরসহ গণপিটিশন দাখিল করেন। গণপিটিশনের স্বাক্ষরে বিভিন্ন বিদ্যালয়ের একাধিক প্রধান শিক্ষক,সহকারী শিক্ষক সহ গন্যমান্য ব্যক্তিগণ স্বাক্ষর করেন।

দৈনিক ডাক is a little vanilla. You could glance at Yahoo’s front page and see
how they create post headlines to grab viewers interested.
You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to get people interested about what you’ve
got to say. Just my opinion, it might bring
your blog a little livelier.
