আধিপত্য বিস্তারকে কেন্দ্র করে ভোলার তুলাতুলি মাছঘাটে রোববার ( ১৮ জুলাই) বিকেলে একদল দূর্বৃত্ত মাছের গদিতে হামলা, ভাংচুর ও লুটপাটের ঘটনা ঘটিয়েছে বলে অভিযোগ উঠেছে। এসময় অস্ত্রধারীরা ওই ঘাটে অবস্থিত আসলাম গোলদার নামক এক ব্যবসায়ীর মাছের গদিতে ভাংচুর চালিয়ে ক্যাশ বাক্স হতে মাছ কেনার সাড়ে তিন লাখ টাকা ও ২টি মোবাইল সেট লুট করে নিয়ে গেছে বলে অভিযোগ করেছেন গদীর মালিক আসলাম।
প্রত্যক্ষদর্শী ও ঘাটের অন্যান্য ব্যবসায়ীরা জানান,বিকেল সাড়ে ৬ টার দিকে এলাকার চিহ্নিত যুবক নোমান পাটওয়ারীর নেতৃত্বে টিটু,জয়দেব,মনির মেম্বার,তরিক গোলদার, জি সান,সাইফুল্লাহ, লিটন,বুদ্ধি মাঝি,বাবু,কামাল ডাক্তার,ভূট্রু মাঝি,মঞ্জুর আলম খই,লাভলু, আমিনুল ইসলাম,লালু মাঝি,সফিক,সুমন মাঝি, সাহাবুদ্দিন ও তাজউদ্দিনসহ প্রায় ৩০/৪০জনের দূর্বৃত্তদল মোটরসাইকেল মহড়া দিয়ে ঘাট এলাকায় এাস চালায়। এসময় তাদের অধিকাংশের হাতে আগ্নেয়াস্ত্র,হকিস্টিক ও ধাড়ালো অস্ত্র শোভা পায় বলে গ্রামবাসী জানিয়েছেন। মাছের গদিতে হামলার পর অস্ত্রধারীরা সেখানে ঝুলানো ভলগেট শ্রমিক সংগঠনের একটি সাইনবোর্ড ভেঙে নিয়ে যায়। মাছ ঘাটের ব্যবসায়িরা জানান,ঘটনা সম্পর্কে থানার ওসিকে অবহিত করলেও তিনি কোন ব্যবস্থা নেননি। এব্যাপারে ভোলা সদর মডেল থানার অফিসার ইনচার্জ এনায়েত হোসেনের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হলে তিনি বলেন,আমি ঘটনা পরস্পর শুনেছি।
এদিকে মঙ্গলবার (২০জুলাই) এসকল দূর্বৃত্তরা তলাতুলির সেই মাছ ঘাটে ফের হামলা ও লুটতরাজের ঘটনা ঘটায়। তারা সেখানকার মাছের আড়তদার আসলাম গোলদারকে বেধড়ক পিটিয়ে রক্তাক্ত জখম করে। হামলার পর এসকল ক্যাডাররা আহত আসলাম গোলদারকে মোটর বাইকে তুলে থানায় নিয়ে আসে। ক্যাডাররা ওসির কক্ষে ঢুকে উল্টো আসলামকে আসামী করে মামলা নিতে ওসিকে নির্দেশ দেয়। সন্ত্রাসীরা মূমূর্ষ আসলাম গোলদারকে থানায় ফেলে রেখে বীরদর্পে চলে যায়। এঘটনার পর আহত আসলামকে ভোলা সদর মডেল থানার ওসি এনায়েত হোসেন, ওসি অপারেশ আরমান এবং ওসি তদন্ত শহিদূলসহ পুলিশ প্রহরায় হাসপাতালে এনে ভর্তি করা হয়।
ভোলা সদর মডেল থানার ওসি এনায়েত হেসেন জানান,হামলাকারীদের আসামী করে থানায়ভিক্টিমের পক্ষ থেকে অভিযোগ লিখিত অভিযোগ পেয়েছি। তদন্ত করে আইনী ব্যবস্থা নেয়া হবে।
ওদিকে আহত আসলাম গোলদারের অবস্থার অবনতি হলে ভোলা সদর হাসপাতালের আবাসিক চিকিৎসক তাকে উন্নত চিকিৎসার জন্য বরিশাল সেবাচিমে রেফার করেন। তার অবস্থা আশন্কাজনক বলে চিকিৎসক জানিয়েছেন।
