আর্জেন্টিনা ফাইনালে ওঠার পরই এ সিদ্ধান্ত জানায় দক্ষিণ আমেরিকান ফুটবল কনফেডারেন।
আর কনমেবলের এমন সিদ্ধান্তে যারপরনাই হতাশ হয়েছেন নেইমার। সতীর্থের ফাইনালে না নামতে পারার সিদ্ধান্তের বিরুদ্ধে কনমেবলকে বিদ্রূপের ভঙিমায় তীব্র তিরস্কার জানান ব্রাজিলের ১০ নম্বর জার্সিধারী।
নেইমার বলেছেন, ‘ জেসুসের বিষয়ে এই ধরনের সিদ্ধান্ত যেসব লোকেরা নেয়, তাদের অধীনে থেকে খেলা চালিয়ে যাওয়া খুবই হতাশা এবং লজ্জাজনক। ওরা খেলার দারুণ একটা বিশ্লেষণ করেছে এবং তার জন্য ওদের সাধুবাদ প্রাপ্য। দুই ম্যাচের নিষেধাজ্ঞার পাশাপাশি কোনোরকম আপিল করারও সুযোগ নেই। অভিনন্দন কনমেবল। আমার মনে হয়না আপনারা আসলে কী ঘটেছিল সেটা ভালভাবে লক্ষ্য করেছেন।’
আইন প্রনেতাদের নিয়ে এমন তীব্র কটাক্ষ নেইমারের ওপর কতটা ভারী পড়তে পারে তা এখন দেখার বিষয়।
বিষয়টি নিয়ে ফাইনালের আগে আয়োজকদের সঙ্গে এক মহাবিতর্কে জড়ালেন নেইমার ও তার দল।
অবশ্য এবার কোপা আমেরিকায় মাঠে দুর্দান্ত খেললেও শুরু থেকেই বিতর্কের শিরোনামে রয়েছে ব্রাজিল ফুটবল দল।
মাঠের বাইরে নানা মন্তব্য করেছেন সেলেকাও কোচ তিতে ও দলের পোস্টার বয় নেইমার।
প্রথমে তো টুর্নামেন্ট আয়োজনের বিপক্ষেই অবস্থান নিয়েছিলেন নেইমার-কাসেমিরোরা। পরে টুর্নামেন্ট শুরু হলে মাঠের খারাপ অবস্থার বিরুদ্ধে মন্তব্য করেন কোচ তিতে। জরিমানাও গুনতে হয় তাকে। এরপর মাঠ নিয়ে আবারও বিতর্কিত মন্তব্য করেন দলের সেরা তারকা নেইমার।
মাঠ নিয়ে আয়োজকদের খোঁচা দেন নিজের ইনস্টাগ্রামে। যদিও বিপদ টের পেয়ে সেই পোস্ট মুছে দেন।
প্রসঙ্গত, ম্যানসিটির স্ট্রাইকার জেসুসের কপালই খারাপ। গতবার ফাইনালে দেখেছিলেন লালকার্ড। এবার লালকার্ড তাকে দর্শক বানিয়ে দিল ফাইনালে।
