কোভিড -১৯ ভাইরাসের কারণে পুরো বিশ্ব আজ বিপর্যস্ত । ৪র্থ স্বাস্থ্য, জনসংখ্যা ও পুষ্টি সেক্টর কর্মসূচী‘র (এইচপিএনএসপি) আওতায় স্বাস্থ্য অধিদপ্তর স্বাস্থ্য শিক্ষা ব্যুরোর‘র লাইফস্টাইল, হেলথ এন্ড প্রমোশন কার্যক্রমের আওতায় স্বাস্থ্য শিক্ষা সেবা প্যাকেজ কার্যক্রমের আওতায় দেশব্যাপী করোনা মহামারী বিষয়ে সচেতনা বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে বিভিন্ন পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে।
তারই অংশ হিসেবে জনসচেতনতামূলক লোকগান,নাটিকা এবং স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সহ বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে প্রদর্শনী ভিত্তিক প্রচরণা কার্যক্রমটি দেশব্যাপী পরিচালিত হবে। দেশের সকল পর্যায়ে সাধারণ সাধারণ মানুষের এই মহামারীর সংক্রসণ থেকে নিজের সুরক্ষা সহ পরিবার, স্বজন তথা সকলের জীবন রক্ষার্থে স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলার কোন বিকল্প নেই। ‘মানতে হবে স্বাস্থ্যবিধির উপদেশ তবেই করোনামুক্ত হবে বাংলাদেশ’ এই প্রতিপাদ্য নিয়ে মেহেরপুরের কার্যক্রমের উদ্বোধন করা হয়।
বুধবার সকালে মেহেরপুর সদর উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্মকর্তার কার্যালয়ের সামনে অনুষ্ঠানের উদ্বোধন করা হয়। সদর উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্মকর্তা ডাঃ অলক কুমার দাস ফিতা কেটে মেহেরপুরের কর্মসূচির উদ্বোধন করেন।
