কটিয়াদীতে উপজেলা প্রশাসনের উদ্যোগে গরীব,অসহায় ও কর্মহীন পরিবারের মাঝে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর মানবিক সহায়তা হিসেবে খাদ্য ও নগদ অর্থ বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। আজ সকালে ধূলদিয়া ও করগাঁও ইউনিয়ন পরিষদে ১২০টি পরিবারের জনপ্রতি ২০ কেজি চাল ও ৮৫০ টাকা বিতরণ করা হয়। উক্ত বিতরণ অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসাবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন অতিরিক্ত জেলা প্রশাসক (সার্বিক) মোঃ নাজমুল ইসলাম সরকার।
এ সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার জ্যোতিশ্বর পাল,উপজেলা সহকারী কমিশনার (ভূমি) সৈয়দ আমজাদ হোসেন, উপজেলা প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়ন কর্মকর্তা মো: আব্দুল আলীম,উপজেলা পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্মকর্তা সাইদুর রহমানসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান,মেম্বার,রাজনৈতিক নেতৃবৃন্দ ও গণ্যমান্য ব্যক্তিবর্গ।
